Tim O'Keefe has extensive experience in criminal litigation, having practiced for almost 30 years.  He served as first-chair in 100 jury trials,  about two-thirds in which the defendant was charged with at least one felony.  In many other of Mr. O'Keefe's cases, the prosecution either dismissed the cases or provided generous plea offers to Mr. O'Keefe's clients rather than risk losing cases at trial.  Mr. O'Keefe has represented clients at every stage of a criminal proceeding.  He takes time to patiently and carefully explain a client's defenses, obstacles and options to assist the client in navigating through a process which can be extremely confusing and intmidating.
